Go With the Flow X Schools

Go With the Flow's also reaches out to schools to raise awareness about the issue of period poverty among Singapore's youth. We believe in the importance of educating and empowering youth to learn the importance of advocacy for local issues.

 

We have previously worked with other schools (such as Tanjong Katong Girls' School, Methodist Girls' School, National University of Singapore (NUS), Yale-NUS College, National Technological University (NTU), Singapore Management University (SMU)) and we would love the opportunity to work with more schools.

 

In our collaborations, we typically:

 

1. Hold a GWTF Donation Drive for sanitary pads stationed at your school for a fixed duration

2. Invite the students to decorate a GWTF Donation Box (examples of other schools' work in the attachment below!), which will be used in future donation drives across Singapore

3. Hold an educational talk about period poverty to raise awareness among the students

 

We are very open involving students in facilitating this project, and hearing out new ideas of how they might want to spread awareness about period poverty in their school.
